If you receive a candle that is broken or damaged, please email hello@talulahco.com with a picture of the damaged candle within two days of receiving the package.

 SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are packaged and shipped within 5 business days. You will receive an email from Talulah Candle Co. including your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Talulah Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Once the package leaves our facility and arrives at the postage facility, it’s then in the hands of that facility. You’ll need to file a claim with the postage carrier (USPS or FedEx) if your package doesn’t arrive.
